I’m so happy you’re interested in The Studio. Thank you for being here.
Movement has always been important in my life, beginning with a deep-rooted love for dance, through managing various joint injuries, to my years of professional experience as a ski instructor and yoga/Pilates teacher.
It's an honor to share my approach to wellbeing with others — a passion driven by my own health journey, cultivated by ongoing guidance from my esteemed mentors. At The Studio, my goal is to support you in moving and feeing better with practices focused on developing strength, balance, connection and ease in your daily life. Having the opportunity to do this on Fishers Island — an environment and community that continuously inspires me — is a gift.
